Our professional design firm, Mote & Associates, Inc. is a civil engineering and land surveying corporation location in Greenville, Ohio, the heart of Darke County.

Our highly capable staff is closely involved with our clients on projects such as site design; building, structural and agricultural design (including Technical Service Provider - TSP licensing); street, storm water, sanitary sewer and waterline improvements as well as construction staking and topographic surveys. We cater to the commercial industry and government entities as well as the residential community to help develop their dreams into reality.

MOTE AND ASSOCIATES CELEBRATES 35 YEARS IN BUSINESS

Mote and Associates Engineers and Surveyors located at 214 West Fourth Street recently hosted an open house and reception at their office to welcome clients, business associates and community members to celebrate 35 years in business.

The Mote team works closely to listen to clients needs and provide them with the services they desire. Current owners Jerry McClannan, Michael Bruns, Louis Bergman and Michael Henderson are very proud of this accomplishment and grateful to our clients and employees who have helped enable us to celebrate 35 years of service.

The company has seen many technological advances in the engineering and surveying business since its inception such as electrononic distance measuring and surveying equipment, computer aiding design and drafting techniques including 3 dimensional software detailing capabilities. All these advancements along with a dedicated staff have contributed to the steady growth of Mote and Associates.
