Our professional design firm, Mote & Associates, Inc. is a civil engineering and land surveying corporation location in Greenville, Ohio, the heart of Darke County.

Our highly capable staff is closely involved with our clients on projects such as site design; building, structural and agricultural design (including Technical Service Provider - TSP licensing); street, storm water, sanitary sewer and waterline improvements as well as construction staking and topographic surveys. We cater to the commercial industry and government entities as well as the residential community to help develop their dreams into reality.

This project included the complete reconstruction of the traffic circle containing the fountain. The original fountain which was donated by Mr. Fred Coppock in the early 1950’s was removed and replaced with a new fountain, new pavers, landscaping, and lighting. Mote & Associates provided engineering services for the structural and electrical design and coordinated the project for the Coppock Family. Construction was completed in Spring 2006.

Mote & Associates, Inc. designed this street project located in an existing subdivision within the Village. The project consisted of ±3,600 L.F. of full pavement replacement including storm drainage as well as new curb & gutter and sidewalk. Estimated cost: ±$550,000.

Mote & Associates, Inc. provided engineering design services for this historic project. The project consisted of the reconstruction of Lock One (originally constructed in 1910) on the Miami-Erie Canal in the Village of New Bremen. The reinforced concrete structure will include operable wooden gates. Construction was completed in the Spring of 2007. Funding included an ODOT TEA Grant. This was an LPA Let Project through ODOT. Estimated cost: ±$900,000.

Mote & Associates, Inc. designed this street reconstruction project that consisted of ±1,000 L.F. of full pavement replacement including storm, sanitary, and waterline replacement as well as new curb & gutter and sidewalk. Construction was completed in the Fall of 2004. Funding included OPWC Issue II. Estimated cost: ± $570,000.

Mote & Associates, Inc. designed and prepared detail construction plans for this street reconstruction project. The project consists of approximately 2600 ft. of complete road reconstruction. This project was completed in 2007. Funding included OPWC Issue II and ODOT. Estimated cost: ± $1,500,000.
